Four Injured in Three-Vehicle Collision on TF-1
Four individuals sustained varying degrees of injury following a three-vehicle collision on the TF-1 near Arona, according to Canarias Emergency Services (1-1-2).
The incident occurred at 15:16 when the Emergency Coordination Centre (CECOES) 1-1-2 for the Canary Islands received an alert reporting the collision of three cars just past the exit to Los Cristianos, heading towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Personnel from the Canary Islands Health Service (SUC) assisted four individuals who required hospital treatment. One of the affected parties, a 64-year-old man, initially presented with moderate chest trauma and was transported by SUC ambulance to Hospiten Sur. A 21-year-old woman, who also exhibited moderate cervical trauma, was taken to Hospiten Sur in the same ambulance.
The other two individuals, a 23-year-old woman and a 22-year-old woman, suffered mild cervical strain and were transported to Quirón Costa Adeje Hospital by SUC ambulance.
The Guardia Civil is handling the investigation into the incident.
