The Mayor of Arrecife, Yonathan de León, and the Councillor for Festivals, Echedey Eugenio, highlighted the event’s success and the positive feedback from the public. Both expressed gratitude for the exemplary behaviour of attendees, which allowed for a safe and participative celebration.

Concert Highlights

The concert, part of Alejandro Fernández’s international tour, featured over two hours of music with the audience singing along to the artist’s greatest hits. Songs such as *Me dediqué a perderte*, *Como quien pierde una estrella*, and *Abrázame* alternated with powerful renditions of traditional rancheras. In particularly emotional moments, Fernández appeared dressed as a charro, eliciting a resounding ovation.

Tourism and Economic Impact

The performance also provided a boost to tourism and the economy for the capital and the island. According to the Councillor for Tourism, Commerce and Sports, Eli Merino, establishments in Arrecife reported full occupancy, with many visitors travelling specifically to Lanzarote for the concert.

A Celebrated Artist

With over 30 years of career and 35 million records sold, Alejandro Fernández has once again demonstrated in Arrecife why he remains one of the most recognised voices in Latin music. His visit to Lanzarote has marked a golden finish to what the Town Hall has described as historic festivities.
