Lanzarote Crafts Fair Concerts 2025: Mar~Auri and Other Performances
The 36th Lanzarote Crafts Fair will take place from 10th to 15th September in Mancha Blanca (Tinajo), featuring a musical programme that combines tradition, roots music, and family-friendly proposals. All concerts are free, with many designed for family enjoyment.








10th September
Mar~Auri | 18:30 – 19:30
Gabriel Cubas presents the show Mar~Auri, a musical project that links the Canary Islands with America (Texas).
- Featuring: the timple, an iconic instrument of the Canary Islands.
- A sound journey showcasing cultural influences and connections between the two continents.
- Fresh and sensitive interpretations of popular pieces and roots music.
11th September
Municipal Music School of Tías | 18:00 – 19:00
- A performance by students of the Municipal School, demonstrating their learning and talent.
Parranda Los Labradores | 19:30 – 20:30
- Popular music and folklore from Lanzarote, infused with the traditional energy and joy of the parranda.
12th September
Municipal Music School of Yaiza | 12:00 – 13:00
- A concert featuring students, with repertoire adapted to Canary Island musical traditions.
Lanzarote Crafts Awards | 19:30 – 20:30
- A performance by Alexis Lemes during the presentation of craft awards.
Grupo Sondemar | 19:00 – 20:00
- Traditional sounds and popular rhythms connecting the audience with the music of the island.
13th September
Parranda Marinera de Buches | 11:30 – 12:30
- A parranda showcasing the maritime traditions of Lanzarote with typical songs and dances from the archipelago.
14th September
Family Show “Comediantes en concierto” | 12:00 – 13:00
Comediantes de la Cacharra Verde | 17:30 – 18:30
- A concert aimed at the whole family, where voices and instruments revive traditional children’s songs.
- Interactive music infused with humour, sensitivity, and closeness to the audience.
- Encourages participation from both children and adults while celebrating popular culture through music.
15th September
Parranda Malpeis | 13:00 – 14:00
- Performances of traditional Lanzarote music.
Parranda Los Valles | 19:00 – 20:00
- A parranda featuring popular repertoire, dances, and songs connecting with the island’s musical memory.

- All concerts are free. All workshops are free.
- Some activities require prior registration starting from 5th September at 08:00.
- Entry is free until capacity is reached for family performances.
