These grilled dishes are not only incredibly delicious but also among the healthiest options recommended for maintaining a balanced diet. Eating healthily doesn’t have to be bland or unappetising.
Ingredients:
1 pork chop
1 beef steak
1 marinated turkey fillet (crush a clove of garlic, add oregano, a pinch of paprika, salt, and a splash of water, then coat the fillets with this marinade)
Mushrooms
Green peppers
Cherry tomatoes
Courgette
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation
Heat a grill over the flame.
Meanwhile, slice the courgettes, cut the peppers into strips, remove the stems from the mushrooms (they can be grilled as well), and leave the cherry tomatoes whole. Feel free to use any vegetables you prefer (broccoli, asparagus, or cauliflower work well).
Season the vegetables to taste, drizzle with olive oil, and place them on the grill until cooked through.
The cherry tomatoes can be sautéed in a pan with a little oil.
Finally, season the meat and grill it on a very hot grill or pan with a touch of oil, cooking to your desired doneness.
