The initiative aims to strengthen the female entrepreneurial fabric, diversify the island’s economy, and support the creation of new initiatives in emerging sectors related to digitalisation, sustainability, and innovation.
Through this agreement, the island corporation provides financial support via the FDCAN for a series of activities such as learning workshops, networking events, and training meetings, aimed at enhancing the skills of the island’s female entrepreneurs and promoting a collaborative and sustainable ecosystem.
Nuria Cabrera, the insular councillor for Economic Promotion, emphasized that “this agreement is part of the Cabildo’s commitment to strengthening the local business landscape and fostering inclusive, sustainable economic development with equal opportunities.”
From Savia, they highlight that the initiative will help to showcase the talent of local female entrepreneurs and create new business opportunities from a collaborative and supportive perspective.
