The State Meteorological Agency has issued an orange alert for high temperatures on the island of Fuerteventura this Friday, with temperatures expected to exceed 37 degrees.

 

Additionally, a yellow alert has been declared for suspended dust or calimas, particularly affecting the midlands and southern slopes.

Important Day

 

It is recommended to exercise extreme caution on what will be a very hot day on the island, especially for infants and the elderly. Special care should also be taken for those who are making the pilgrimage from all parts of the island to Vega del Rio Palmas.
