A vehicle overturned on Saturday in the Pedro Barba area of La Graciosa, with no individuals trapped inside. The incident, reported around midday, prompted a response from the Lanzarote Consortium for Security and Emergencies, alongside the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC) ambulance and the Local Police of Teguise.
Upon arrival, the emergency teams found that the driver of the 4×4 had already exited the vehicle. Medical personnel provided assistance, with firefighters aiding in stabilising and subsequently transporting the individual to the ambulance.
Once the situation of the involved individual was stabilised, the firefighters proceeded to set the car upright on its four wheels, removing it from the roadway to ensure the safety of the area. They also marked off the accident site and disconnected the vehicle’s battery as a precautionary measure.
