Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or trapped individuals in either incident, but services had to act to ensure medical attention and road safety.

Traffic Accidents Prompt Emergency Responses in Lanzarote

The first incident occurred in the afternoon on the LZ-201 in the municipality of Haría. A car veered off the road with two occupants inside. Both were transported by ambulance to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital for assessment, while the Guardia Civil requested firefighters to secure the vehicle until it could be removed by a tow truck.

A few hours later, during the night, the CECOES 1-1-2 received another alert regarding a rollover on the LZ-30, near La Geria, close to the Stratvs winery.

The sole occupant of the vehicle managed to exit independently. Although he initially refused assistance, he was ultimately attended to by health personnel from SUC. Firefighters from the Sur Park, Guardia Civil Traffic, and the Local Police of Yaiza were involved in the operation, which concluded with the securing and subsequent removal of the vehicle.
