With a programme filled with unmissable engagements, local Fuerteventura products and their professionals take centre stage, showcasing the island’s culinary excellence.

Ischia Safari highlights the presence of Fuerteventura. The cecina de cabra, produced by La Finca La Puipana, using raw materials from Quesos Tetir, is expertly sliced by Josele Prieto. Other noteworthy products include Vidaloe, spirulina, and carob. The wines from Bodegas El Sordo by Miguel Cabrera and Conatvs by Pedro Hernández are also featured. Furthermore, the cheeses of La Pared, Capraivs, Julián Díaz, El Cantil, Quesos Ampuyenta, Quesos Maxorata, and Quesos Tetir further enrich the experience.

The event kicked off on Sunday, 21st September, with a “Charity Dinner” at the prestigious Regina Isabella. This charity dinner featured an exceptional selection of star chefs, renowned pastry chefs, and leading pizzaiolos, all united for an evening of taste and solidarity, highlighting the skills of local artisans.

This exclusive event provides a unique gourmet experience, while also supporting worthy charitable causes.

Following this was the “Fiesta al Negombo,” held in the charming Negombo Park, which Onda Fuerteventura visited before the event.

With the participation of no fewer than 300 key figures, including chefs, pastry makers, pizzaiolos, and flavour enthusiasts, they showcased their creations to delight attendees. Onda Fuerteventura was there to capture the moments.
