A person was injured on Sunday following the overturning of a vehicle on the LZ-67 road, between Tinajo and Yaiza. The accident necessitated the deployment of firefighters and medical personnel, although the occupant was able to exit the car before the emergency teams arrived.
The Lanzarote Consortium of Security and Emergency reported that initial alerts indicated a person was trapped inside the vehicle. However, upon arrival, firefighters confirmed that the victim had already exited and was receiving medical attention.
The teams assisted in transferring the injured individual to the ambulance and subsequently cordoned off the area with hazard tape to ensure traffic safety. After completing these tasks, the operation was concluded.
