Burger Fest Canarias bursts onto the scene in Santa Cruz de Tenerife on the 19th, 20th, and 21st of September, featuring three days of vibrant activity. This popular event will host some of the finest DJs from the Canary Islands, along with the usual presence of several top burger restaurants from the region.
The free-entry event will take place at the Plaza del Duque Santa Elena and will also feature live performances by Ni 1 Pelo de Tonto and the Barcelona duo Seríal Killers.
Line-up and Music Schedule
Over nine DJs will gather from Friday to Sunday for this cultural event, supported by the Santa Cruz de Tenerife City Hall and its Departments of Festivities and Centro Ifara. The musical programme is as follows: on Friday, the 19th, from 18:00 to 00:00, Tan FX, Juanra Rodríguez, and Serial Killerz will perform; on Saturday, the 20th, from 14:00 to 00:00, Santee, Ni 1 Pelo de Tonto, Roger S. Morgan, and Tana Sandoval; and on Sunday, the 21st, from 14:00 to 23:00, MCR, Eva Olvido, Juana La Cubana, and Adrián Anceu.
Gastronomic Offerings
In addition to the musical line-up, Burger Fest Canarias will bring a diverse gastronomic selection and beers from around the world to the capital, featuring over 20 taps from various international brands. There will also be a special area dedicated to craft beer, showcasing some of the best local projects.
More than 15 burger restaurants from across the archipelago will participate, with a strong emphasis on local products, food trucks, dessert stalls, and a special vegan and gluten-free area.
Burger Competition
As is customary in its successful editions across the Canaries, the festival will also host a competition to find the best burger. The jury, organised by Beers, the event promoter, will award prizes of €1000, €300, and €150 for the top three burgers, in addition to a special public choice prize worth €150.
