This year, Fashion Week will be held at the Palacio de Formación y Congresos in Puerto del Rosario

The Cabildo of Fuerteventura, through the Economic Promotion Department, has signed a collaboration agreement for the Fuerteventura Fashion Week 2025, which will take place from 17 to 19 October in Puerto del Rosario.

Economic Promotion Councillor, Nuria Cabrera, and brand manager, Rosa María Perdomo, signed the agreement today, which includes an insular contribution of €45,000 from the Canary Islands Development Fund (FDCAN). This funding will cover production costs, communication, model contracts, logistics, and parallel activities, solidifying the event as a benchmark in the fashion sector and an economic and cultural driver for the island.

Cabrera highlighted that, “in addition to its artistic value, the event will have a direct impact on the local economy, benefiting commerce, generating employment, and diversifying Fuerteventura’s cultural offerings.”

Fuerteventura Fashion Week 2025 is projected as a showcase for Canary Island designers and as a boost to the island’s international profile, consolidating it as the fashion capital of the Canaries and a key cultural destination.
