Emergency responders arrived on the scene and proceeded to remove the fragments of the wall that posed a risk of falling. The debris was moved to a safe location to prevent any injury to pedestrians or damage to vehicles. Following the operation, the area was cordoned off, ensuring the safety of the surroundings before the firefighters returned to base.

The second incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday 7 September, shortly after two in the morning. The Emergency and Security Coordination Centre (CECOES) received an alert about a fire on Justiniana Ferrera Street in the locality of Soo, in the municipality of Teguise.

Upon arrival, firefighters found an organic waste bin fully ablaze. The flames had consumed the entire container, prompting immediate action to extinguish the fire. The blaze was brought under control without affecting nearby bins or parked vehicles in the area.
