Incident Occurs at 13:45 Today
A person has died in the municipality of Pájara after being struck by a tractor near the San Antonio Bridge in Toto at 13:45 this afternoon. The victim was a local resident who was involved in a tragic accident while at work.
At the time mentioned, the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Canary Islands Government received an alert regarding the accident, reporting that an individual was in cardiac arrest after being hit by the vehicle.
In response, 1-1-2 immediately activated the necessary emergency resources.
Upon arrival, emergency services could only confirm the death of the individual, as the injuries sustained were incompatible with life.
