The 18-year-old from Almería joins the Fedes Ascensores La Laguna team
Fedes Ascensores La Laguna has secured a new signing. Gloria López, an 18-year-old setter from Almería standing at 1.65 metres tall, will be part of the team managed by Renzo Sánchez in the Women’s Super League 2. After making her debut with AVG Almería Volley 2008, she played last season with Élite Vóley El Rosario, and she will continue in Tenerife for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
Ambitious Goals
López explains, “I decided to sign with CV Aguere because it is a club with great ambition, clear goals, and an environment that inspires confidence.” Aiming to “grow as a player,” the Andalusian looks forward to contributing to the team’s collective effort. Her primary mission as part of the aurinegra team is to be among the best in the league once more.
Contribution to the Team
Gloria López will bring “effort, joy, and a strong work ethic,” along with “commitment and attitude, which is what the coach demands.” All these qualities will be crucial for “maintaining a united team throughout the season.”
