- Los del Río to perform in Arrecife at 20:00 for the San Ginés festivities
The Arrecife Town Council, through the Festivities Department, has announced that the concert by the duo Los del Río, part of the San Ginés 2025 festivities, will commence at 20:00 in Parque José Ramírez Cerdá.
The show was originally scheduled to start at 19:00 but has been delayed by an hour due to high temperatures expected in the Lanzarote capital this afternoon.
The Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Festivities, Echedey Eugenio, apologised for any inconvenience caused and explained that this decision aims to ensure the safety and well-being of the attending public.
A Festive Day Full of Activities
In addition to the much-anticipated concert by the performers of the legendary Macarena, today’s programme features a range of activities:
- Playa del Reducto: family activities from 15:00 to 20:00, including football and beach volleyball, inflatables, slides, and giant water slides.
- Mini Bola Canaria Tournament: final day and trophy presentation at 17:30, in front of the Municipal Civic Centre.
- Outdoor Cinema: screening of the film Amigos Invisibles at 20:30 in La Recova Municipal.
- Traditional Stalls: typical Canarian cuisine on Avenida Vargas, in front of the Town Hall, from 19:00 to 23:00.
