A man was injured on Saturday night after his vehicle overturned on the TF-2, near kilometre point 4, in the municipality of La Laguna (Tenerife).
The incident occurred at 22:12 hours on Saturday, according to the Emergency Coordination Centre and Security (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands.
The Rescue
Upon arrival at the scene, the Tenerife Fire Brigade rescued the individual, who had become trapped inside the vehicle following the overturn. Subsequently, medical personnel from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC), who arrived in a medicalised ambulance and another for basic life support, assessed and assisted him.
The injured man, described as having moderate multiple contusions, was transported via basic life support ambulance to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands.
In addition to the fire brigade and SUC, the Civil Guard was also involved and handled the corresponding report.
