The municipality of Yaiza is set to host the inaugural Playa Blanca Vibra 2025, a vibrant event inviting the youth and all interested participants for two days of live music, creative workshops, DJ performances, and various other activities at Plaza del Carmen on Thursday, 28th, and Friday, 29th August.
Dynamic Weekend Ahead
Freya Finch, Councillor for Dynamic Events, Commerce, and Consumption in Yaiza, stated, “We have prepared an engaging two-day event, starting on the afternoon of Thursday, 28th, and continuing throughout Friday, 29th. Our aim is for young people to enjoy activities that encourage creativity and skill development, tailored to their tastes and trends. We encourage everyone to check the full programme on yaiza.es.”
Creative Workshops and Performances
The creative workshops will feature mobile photography, reel creation, percussion, graffiti, and even yoga. In terms of live performances, attendees can enjoy the Lanzarote Circus with aerial acrobatics and balancing acts, along with the musical presentation of Grease by the Lanzarote Theatre School.
Live Music Experience
Music is a key ingredient for both young and older attendees. Playa Blanca Vibra will feature a DJ party, performances by the southern singer Verónica Lucía, and a concert by the band Koi. The Yaiza Town Hall invites residents to stay updated on the cultural and leisure agenda through its publication, the Municipal Programme.
