The young British pianist Elise Jasmine Hills, one of the rising stars on the international scene, will present her recital “Melodies of Mastery” this Friday, 5 September at 19:00 at the Camel House Lanzarote.

An Internationally Rising Pianist

Born in the United Kingdom in 2001, Elise Jasmine Hills began learning piano independently at the age of six. She is currently studying in London under the guidance of Professor Mikhail Kazakevich and has collaborated with renowned pianists such as Pascal Roge, Dmitry Alexeev, Martin James Bartlett, Luka Okros, and Aaron Pilsan.

Her talent has been widely acknowledged: she won the first prize at the International “21st Century Talents” Competition, was a finalist in the Elizabeth Schumann Lieder Competition, and a semifinalist in the Essex Young Musician of the Year.

She has performed on stages across the UK and Europe, including Romania and Lanzarote, and has collaborated with institutions such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Universal Pictures, UEG, and the Ministry of Culture of Saudi Arabia at prestigious international events.

The acclaimed pianist Luka Okros describes her as “young, ambitious, and with enormous potential.”

Event Details

In this season, Elise has performed Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 12, K.414 in A Major alongside Martin Tirimo and is preparing for her debut with the Camden Philharmonic, playing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3, Op. 37.

Her recital in Lanzarote promises to showcase her musical expressiveness and an interpretative style capable of “capturing the attention of everyone in the room,” as noted by one concert attendee.

Camel House Lanzarote: Music in a Soulful Place

The current owners of Camel House, a Swiss couple residing in Lanzarote, dedicated over ten years to restoring and revitalising the Volcán Houses in Tahíche, constructed by artist Stipo Pranyko. This has created a beautiful space where music has always held a central role.

This tradition of uniting art, architecture, and melody continues at Camel House Lanzarote, where intimate concerts and unique cultural experiences turn each evening into a special occasion.
