13 Companies Participate in the Twelfth Edition of the Consolídate Programme by the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa

Thirteen business projects from the island are participating in the new edition of the Business Consolidation Mentoring Programme Consolídate, an initiative that has been supporting entrepreneurs in their early stages for twelve years.

On Friday, 29 August, a group workshop was held to kick off the programme. This served as a meeting point where participants shared experiences and were introduced to the training content that will guide the programme’s development.

A Strategic Boost for Young Businesses

Consolídate is aimed at companies with less than three years of operation and has established itself as a key tool for strengthening their foundations and promoting growth. Through a structured path of training, advice, and analysis, participants receive specialised support in areas such as finance, taxation, corporate image, and resource management.

The programme consists of several phases, including an online inaugural conference, the preparation of personalised technical reports, and individual mentoring sessions, which entrepreneurs regard as the most valuable aspect. These mentoring sessions provide a detailed diagnosis of each business and help define an action plan tailored to their needs.

Personalised Mentoring: The Key to the Programme

Thanks to the efforts of the consultant team, each company receives a strategic analysis of its strengths and weaknesses, along with concrete recommendations to solidify its presence in the market.

In this way, Consolídate continues to act as a growth engine for the business fabric of Lanzarote and La Graciosa, helping emerging businesses to make a qualitative leap in their management and sustainability.

Institutional Support

The programme is implemented with the support of the General Directorate of Economic Promotion and Diversification of the Department of Economy, Industry, Commerce, and Self-employed of the Government of the Canary Islands, alongside co-funding from the FEDER Programme 2021-2027.
