Two Injured After Glass Wall Collapses in La Laguna

SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 31 Aug. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Two men sustained moderate injuries around 07:00 on Sunday following the collapse of a glass wall they were leaning against, causing them to fall from a height of approximately five metres in Avenida de Taco, La Laguna (Tenerife).

According to information from the Emergency and Security Coordination Centre (Cecoes) 112, the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) attended the scene, where their personnel assisted the injured individuals.

Among the victims was a young man suffering from multiple contusions and moderate head trauma, alongside another male who also sustained moderate multiple contusions. Both were transported by ambulance to the Ntra. Sra. de Candelaria University Hospital.

Local police officers from La Laguna are currently managing the investigation into the incident.
