Queues Form at Las Palmas Market for Quevedo’s Pop-Up Store

Fans flocked to the Mercado de Altavista in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria early this morning, as queues stretched around the corner for a chance to visit Quevedo’s new pop-up store, open from today, 23 June, until 27 June.

Named “Baifo e Hijos,” the store features a range of merchandise connected to the singer’s latest album, El Baifo. Items for sale include tube glasses for local festivities, bags emblazoned with eight stars, straw hats, and t-shirts celebrating his hit Ni borracho.

This new collection is a tribute to life in the Canary Islands, capturing the essence of everyday beach life and the vibrant traditional festivals that define the islands’ culture. The initiative aims to promote local products and reconnect with cultural roots, showcasing a commitment to the social and economic fabric of the community.

The pop-up will be open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
